Expected Compensation
At Emergency Dental of America, our compensation model is designed to be both fair and transparent. Through our fee-for-service model, doctors are compensated based on the actual services they provide, emphasizing productivity and quality of care. We offer a very competitive net production commission rate to our doctors, allowing them to earn based on the value they deliver. Most doctors benefit from this model, as it aligns their earnings with their performance. However, to provide security, we also offer a monthly guarantee as a safety net. This structure ensures that our doctors are fairly compensated, whether through productivity-based earnings or the stability of the monthly guarantee.

The interview process at Emergency Dental of America is tailored to the position you’re applying for. It typically starts with a phone interview with Sari Schiff, our recruiter. Depending on the role, Sari will then refer you to Jared Derr and Dr. Roberto Monteagudo or further interviews. If you’re applying for a dentist position, the process includes a working interview to assess your clinical skills in a real-world setting. This approach ensures that we find the best fit for both you and our team.
